Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. The role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. Collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and responsiveness is a key part of daily activities, along with continuous efforts to enhance system performance and reliability through thorough investigation and resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal performance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and infrastructure management.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot virtual environments effectively.
Experience with performance tuning and resource allocation in virtualized systems.
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes within virtual environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
