Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Study Abroad Consultancy. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in overseas education services, university coordination, student documentation, and visa processing. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills. Responsibilities commonly include overseeing admissions processes, documentation, visa support, university coordination, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the study abroad department.

Coordinate with international universities and maintain partner relationships.

Handle university tie-ups and follow up on admissions processes.

Supervise student application processing and documentation.

Ensure accurate and timely visa documentation and submission.





Monitor application status and coordinate with students regarding requirements.

Maintain records, reports, and operational workflows.

Support counselors and documentation teams to ensure smooth student processing.

Ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.

Resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust knowledge of study abroad admissions and visa procedures.

Experience in university application processing and documentation.

Positive organizational and team coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Consultancy/Overseas Education Operations.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
