Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Malur, Kolar District (1 hr from Bangalore Airport)
Job Summary
The Junior Accounts Executive will assist the Accounts & Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Prepare basic MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.
Support audits and provide required documentation.
Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP/Tally Prime (ERP knowledge preferred).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
