Job Title: Housekeeping Executive

Location: The Regenza by Tunga Hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role supports the housekeeping team to ensure a comfortable, safe, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure prescribed cleanliness standards.
Supervise Room Attendants and housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.
Coordinate room cleaning priorities with the Front Office team for arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
Ensure linen, uniforms, amenities, cleaning materials, and housekeeping equipment are properly maintained.
Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and guest requests promptly.
Monitor staff grooming, attendance, productivity, and compliance with hotel standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals, equipment, and cleaning supplies.




Maintain daily housekeeping reports, room-status updates, and inventory records.
Train team members on cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and guest-service standards.
Handle guest concerns related to room cleanliness or housekeeping services professionally.
Support the Executive Housekeeper in smooth daily departmental operations.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage.
Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, presentable, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
Ability to lead a team and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Candidates from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
