Position: Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) / Reception cum Cashier

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth guest experience
Manage billing and cash transactions accurately
Issue and manage game cards for customers
Maintain proper records of daily transactions and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations




Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable
Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate when required

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or gaming industry is a plus
