We are looking for a result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities :
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to drive admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Conduct course presentations and career guidance sessions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a seamless enrollment process.
Build robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and educational opportunities.

Requirements :




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, tele-counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills :
Experience in Ed Tech, Training Institutes, Colleges, or Educational Organizations.
Lead generation and conversion skills.
Student engagement and relationship management.
