What You'll Do
Respond to customer calls in a qualified manner.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Update interaction details in the system.
Follow internal quality and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Selection Criteria
Completed 12th (PUC) or higher qualification.
Comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
Basic computer operating skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience
Entry-level candidates may apply.
Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is preferred.
Compensation
Monthly salary will be offered based on relevant experience.
Entry Level: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 CTC

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
