Job Summary

We are looking for a talented QA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing, along with hands-on experience in the Duck Creek Insurance Suite. The ideal candidate should have worked on Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer projects and possess a solid understanding of insurance domain testing.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Manual and Automation testing for Duck Creek applications.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
Validate end-to-end business processes in Duck Creek Policy and Producer modules.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
Identify, report, track, and verify defects using Jira/ADO.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.




Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of QA experience.
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer.
Robust experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with automation using Playwright and TypeScript.
Good understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
Solid SQL/database validation skills.
Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
ISTQB Certification is an advantage.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
