Key Responsibilities Provide secure and effective haemodialysis treatment to patients. Prepare, operate, and monitor dialysis machines. Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies. Administer prescribed medications and intravenous fluids. Maintain accurate patient records and dialysis documentation. Follow infection control and patient safety protocols. Assist nephrologists during dialysis procedures when required. Educate patients and their families about dialysis care and treatment.
Requirements GNM qualification with valid Nursing Council Registration. 4–5 years of experience in a Dialysis Unit. Positive knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care. Solid communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
