Job Summary

RYDME Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in handling Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts ( Including different sellers account available online )

The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, inventory updates, order coordination, marketplace account monitoring, and resolving listing-related issues. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and update product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
Manage product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, prices, inventory, and variations.
Handle Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Monitor product listings and correct suppressed, inactive, or rejected listings.
Update stock availability and product pricing.
Coordinate orders, returns, replacements, and cancellations.
Monitor marketplace account health and performance notifications.
Raise support tickets and coordinate with marketplace support teams.
Assist with marketplace promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
Maintain product catalogues and marketplace records.




Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for product images and content.

Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience.
Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Practical knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
Basic understanding of marketplace keywords and product optimisation.
Knowledge of inventory, orders, returns, and account health management.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate
Experience working with perfume, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or fashion brands.
Able to manage multiple product listings accurately.
Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Willing to learn current marketplace tools and processes.

Education

Candidates with robust practical marketplace experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,779.03 - ₹15,000.00 per month
