We are hiring International Customer Support Executives with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent service in an international customer support workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and other support channels.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Understand customer issues and resolve them within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.
Achieve quality, productivity,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Customer Support / BPO is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Willing to work from the office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
