Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Auditor to evaluate call quality, ensure compliance with quality standards, and help improve overall team performance through regular audits, coaching, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions as per quality standards.
Conduct call audits and maintain QA scorecards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Analyze quality trends and share actionable insights with Team Leads and Management.
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency.
Support training and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid listening, analytical, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to provide objective feedback and coaching.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Experience auditing customer service or sales calls is preferred.
