We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Executive to drive online revenue, lead generation, and brand growth through advertising and content strategies.

The role requires robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube video marketing.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing

· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

· Manage budgets and ensure high ROAS and conversions

· Run lead generation and sales campaigns

Social Media Advertising

· Execute campaigns on:

Instagram

Facebook

· Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing

· Improve CTR, engagement, and conversions

YouTube s Video Marketing

· Manage and scale campaigns on YouTube

· Plan and execute:

Video ads (skippable C non-skippable)

Product/demo videos

Performance-driven creatives

· Coordinate with editors and creators for video production

Content s Creative Strategy

· Develop ad creatives (image C video)

· Create content plans for social media





· Coordinate with designers and video editors

Website s Funnel Optimization

· Improve landing pages and conversion rates

· Track user behavior and optimize funnels

Data s Analytics

Track:

· CAC

· ROAS

· CTR

· Conversion Rate

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Key Result Areas (KRA) Revenue Growth

· Increase online sales and leads (MoM)

Performance

· Maintain ROAS: 3x – 5x+

· Reduce CAC

Campaign Metrics

· Improve CTR and conversion rate

· Increase qualified leads

Content Impact

· Deliver high-performing video ads

· Improve engagement across social platforms

Required Skills

· Robust hands-on experience in:

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

YouTube

· Solid understanding of performance marketing and funnels

· Creative thinking for ads and video content

· Data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

· Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
