We’re expanding our Travel & Tourism Division and looking for an energetic Travel Consultant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
Design customized itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing).
Process flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance.
Provide information on visas, destinations, and travel documents.
Manage customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers.
Maintain daily booking reports and follow up with clients.
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and tours.

Requirements
Any graduate (preferably in Tourism / Business / Communication).
0–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
Robust communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of flight booking or travel portals (preferred).
Computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
