Job Description
Responsible for supporting MSSQL & Oracle database settings including monitoring, administration, and incident handling. Should have working knowledge of Oracle Database, OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), and Exadata. Perform routine activities such as user management, backup monitoring, health checks, and alert management. Exposure to other databases like SAP HANA, MySQL, or MongoDB is an added advantage. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution, support migration and patching activities, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Basic scripting and troubleshooting skills are required.
