Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and target-driven US Insurance Product Sales Executives with proven experience in selling insurance products to US customers through an inside sales model. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling outbound sales calls, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Sell insurance products to customers in the US market through outbound calls.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Build rapport with prospective customers and handle objections effectively.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
Follow US compliance guidelines and company sales processes.
Coordinate with underwriting and support teams for policy processing.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in US Insurance Product Sales.




Mandatory experience in Inside Sales/International Sales.
Experience selling Life, Health, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial Insurance products.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with US customers.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
Solid sales closing and objection-handling skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred

Pay: ₹8,884.96 - ₹45,000.00 per month
