Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and databases.
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel services.
Promote holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel-related products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships through timely follow-ups and skilled communication.
Stay updated with the latest travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
