Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled who can efficiently manage online stores, product listings, inventory, order processing, and customer support across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
Process customer orders, payments, returns, and shipping.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders and products.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Support online promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.

Required Skills
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon,



Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Eligibility
Experience: 1+ Year in E-commerce Operations or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
