We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on billing experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
Verify billing data and ensure all invoices are error-free.
Maintain billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing-related queries.
Follow up on pending invoices and payment status.
Reconcile invoices with supporting documents.
Maintain billing reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company billing procedures.

Mandatory Skills
Minimum 1 year of billing experience.
Hands-on experience in invoice preparation and invoicing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.




Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to manage multiple billing tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or any billing software.
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
Positive organizational and documentation skills.

Eligibility
Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

Location

Goregaon, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
