Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Answer customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification:Diploma/ Any Degree.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
