Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, dispatch planning, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and order fulfillment.
Drive logistics performance across D2C channels and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Monitor and improve key logistics metrics, including RTO, NDR, delivery SLA, shipping costs, and return management.
Manage logistics partners, transporters, courier aggregators, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Analyze logistics performance, drive process improvements, and optimize logistics costs.
Ensure compliance with logistics documentation, operational standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience




4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations (Mandatory).
Mandatory experience in a D2C e-commerce manufacturing company.
Robust experience in RTO management, last-mile logistics, reverse logistics, dispatch operations, and transportation management.
Hands-on experience managing logistics operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C channels.
Experience managing logistics vendors, courier partners, transporters, and 3PL providers.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in ERP/OMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
