The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Robust knowledge of designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms within complex environments.
Ability to analyze and optimize system capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
This position is based at our Pune office.
