Build long-term relationships with key clients, manage premium transactions, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the sales team, enhance product knowledge and selling skills, and drive continuous performance improvement.
Monitor market trends, identify current business prospects, generate leads for high-value clients, and secure project mandates by developing relationships with developers.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports and forecasts, and ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Post-Sales, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operations, effective campaigns, and successful project execution.
