Handling customer queries regarding service, repairs, and costs.
Updating customer details and call records in the CRM system.
Coordinating with service advisors and the workshop team.
Reminding customers about upcoming service schedules and missed appointments.
Maintaining daily call targets and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
