Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities
Guide students in selecting suitable countries, courses, and universities
Explain admission and visa processes clearly
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
Assess student profiles and eligibility
Assist students with documentation and application procedures
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams
Maintain proper records of student applications and follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi & English
Robust counseling and convincing skills
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Positive attitude and professional personality
Ability to handle targets and pressure professionally
Fresher & experienced candidates both can apply
Experience in study visa counseling will be preferred
