We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Zoho Books Intern to support our Finance and Accounts team. The intern will assist in managing financial records, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate data within Zoho Books. This role provides an excellent chance to gain practical experience in accounting software and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in Zoho Books.
Create and manage customer invoices, vendor bills, and purchase orders.
Record daily expenses and transactions accurately.
Support bank reconciliation and account verification activities.
Maintain customer and vendor databases within Zoho Books.
Assist in generating financial reports and MIS reports.
Verify and organize accounting documents and records.
Support GST-related documentation and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and spreadsheet management.
Knowledge of Zoho Books is preferred.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and analytical abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or any relevant Commerce/Finance degree.
Freshers and students pursuing their final year are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting processes.
Prior exposure to accounting software will be an added advantage.
