Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and market share targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
Drive secondary sales through effective retailer engagement and market development activities.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships and identify current business opportunities.
Track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to improve territory growth.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across the territory.
Maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Resolve channel partner concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
BBA or MBA preferred.
2–6 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Distribution Management.




Experience in Telecom or Mobile Handset Industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and retail sales networks.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Daily market visits are mandatory.

Salary will be upto 5LPA (decided based on current/last drawn salary and experience).
