We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making, audience targeting, and scaling campaigns, this role is for you!

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer who can manage paid traffic campaigns and generate profitable leads across different platforms. The role requires robust analytical skills, testing ability, and experience in scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation.

Work on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain), Bigo, Google Ads, or similar traffic sources.

Perform creative testing and campaign optimization to improve CPA and ROI.

Conduct daily performance analysis (Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CPA).





Coordinate with design and landing page teams for creative and funnel improvements.

Conduct competitor research and R&D; to identify new opportunities.

Maintain campaign data and reporting in tracking platforms.
Ensure platform compliance and advertiser guidelines are followed.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation funnels.

Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and scaling.

Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate.

Experience with tracking tools (Voluum / RedTrack / Binom / Everflow). etc

Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced performance environment.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have):

Experience running Home Services / Insurance / Medicare / Finance offers.

Knowledge of native + social traffic sources.

Understanding of LP testing and creative angles.
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / affiliate marketing (lead generation).

Performance Expectations:

Ability to launch multiple creative tests weekly.

Achieve profitable campaigns within target CPA.
Contribute to scaling profitable funnels and increasing gross margin.
