The person should be able to own project and deliver independently
Good understanding of sheet-metal manufacturing processes, welding size/symbols & fabrication, machining fits/tolerances, GD&T; etc.
Good communication skills - written & oral to technically interact with overseas customers
Readyness to quickly learn & adapt to recent 3D-CAD software -> Inventor
Versatile to work onsite at customer place as & when necessary
Need to be a valuable team player to work efficiently with peers

Skills (must have) -
Minimum 2 to 3 years hands on experience in 'SolidWorks' software (design, modelling, assembly & drafting)
Good proficiency needed in sheet-metal, welding size/symbols, machining fits/tolerances, GD&T; etc. for preparation of fabrication & manufacturing drawings
Domain knowledge in 'chassis of trailer or tractor' will be ideal match.

Skills (Optional) : - hands-on-experience on Inventor software will be an added advantage
