About the Role
BDS Group is hiring an experienced and customer-oriented Optometrist for its Titan Eyeplus Franchise Store located in Shrirampur, Hooghly. The role involves conducting eye examinations, providing skilled vision care solutions, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye testing and refraction.
Recommend appropriate spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear.
Educate customers on eye health and product care.
Maintain patient records and testing reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and consultation.
Support store operations and coordinate with the retail team.
Adhere to clinical and operational standards set by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (D.Optom / B.Optom).
1–2 years of relevant experience in optometry or optical retail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of optical products and vision correction solutions.
Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
