Position: Senior Business Operation Executive (Upwork Lead)

Key Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Upwork bidding and business development experience.
Proven track record of generating leads, securing client responses and winning projects through Upwork.
Experience handling IT Services, Salesforce, CRM or related technology projects.
Solid proposal writing, client communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
