Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior projects from execution to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers.
Ensure work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and measurements.
Identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.
Ensure proper safety and compliance at the project site.
Prepare regular site progress updates and reports.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Positive knowledge of modular/interior execution and site coordination.
Solid communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
