Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our electrical showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical, electronics, or home appliance retail, with the ability to lead a sales team, manage inventory, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Manage inventory, stock control, and product availability.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.




Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Handle billing, cash management, and showroom administration.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and company standards.

Qualifications
Plus Two (Higher Secondary), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive in an Electrical, Electronics, or Home Appliances showroom.
Good knowledge of electrical products and consumer electronics.
Basic knowledge of POS/ERP software and MS Office.
Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail workplace.
