About the Role
BlueBing Innovations is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote company products/services through online and offline marketing
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain customer and sales records
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
Research market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered
