Responsibilities:
Assist customers with domestic and international tour packages.
Handle flight ticket, hotel, visa and holiday package enquiries.
Prepare quotations and confirm bookings.
Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi,English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Experience in travel and tourism is preferred.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
