Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
Support month-end and year-end close activities.
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–5 years of financial reporting/accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
