About the Role

The Alpha Agency is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a solid design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances brand identity and drives engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Create high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Develop branding and visual identity concepts for recent and existing clients.
Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing, Content, Performance Marketing, and Video teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Translate client briefs into innovative and impactful visual concepts.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Review and maintain quality standards for all creative deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.




Mentor and guide junior designers when required.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency is mandatory.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and creative work.

Required Skills
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for:
Social Media Platforms
Performance Marketing Ads
Branding & Identity
Website Graphics
Email Marketing
Presentations and Corporate Collateral
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
