We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hospitality and real estate businesses. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience in handling financial records, statutory compliance, and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and all statutory compliances.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports for management.

Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.

Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Handle vendor payments, customer collections, and maintain proper financial documentation.

Real Estate Responsibilities

Maintain financial records for real estate projects, property purchases, sales, and rentals.

Prepare and verify sale deeds, lease agreements,



rental agreements, invoices, and payment schedules.

Track customer payments, booking advances, and outstanding dues.

Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and registration authorities for property transactions.

Maintain records related to property registration, land documents, approvals, and compliance.

Monitor project-wise costs, profitability, and financial reporting.

Support management with financial analysis for real estate investments and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or property management is preferred.

Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
