Urban Smith is a premium furniture and interior solutions company specializing in residential and commercial furniture, modular interiors, and customized design solutions. We are looking for a agile Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify recent market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the furniture, interior design, building materials, or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
