Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders

· Maintain accurate stock records in ERP & manual systems

· Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

· Issue materials against approved indent requests

· Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment

· Handle vendor coordination for returns/replacements if required

· Maintain proper documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc.)

· Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Degree or Diploma in relevant field

· 2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management

· Basic knowledge of ERP systems

· Valuable communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
