Key Responsibilities
Assist service customers professionally.
Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the service team to provide regular customer updates.
Schedule service appointments and send reminders.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Support customer satisfaction (CSI) initiatives and service campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Customer-centric attitude with a qualified appearance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
