Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and communicate offer details to selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for recent hires.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
