Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Take orders accurately and process bills through the POS.
Prepare coffee, beverages, and other menu items as per standard recipes.
Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
Follow SOPs for food safety, quality, and service.
Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and opening/closing duties.
Handle guest feedback professionally and support the team during peak hours.

Requirements
Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Freshers are welcome.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
