Requirements:
Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance (QA) concepts, methodologies, and testing processes.
Experience in mobile application testing across different devices and operating systems.
Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
Experience in defect identification, reporting, tracking, and verification.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing, categorizing, and responding to technical support tickets.
Ability to provide effective application and user support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain positive and qualified relationships with users and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:




Develop, execute, and maintain mobile application test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, usability, regression, and compatibility testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and assist in resolving them.
Respond to user queries, feedback, and support requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure product quality.
Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Understand user requirements and ensure applications meet quality and usability standards.
