Job title: Business Analyst

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Business Analyst with 1-2yrs Experience in Government Tender Managementto join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will focus on enhancing user experience by understanding user needs, conducting research, and creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, a deep understanding of user behavior and experience in crafting seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and analyze tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, and other government portals.
Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender eligibility criteria.
Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and financial bid documents.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
Manage tender documentation, EMDs, certifications, and supporting documents.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and respond to tender-related queries.
Prepare business proposals,



presentations, and reports.
Track tender status, maintain MIS reports, and monitor bid outcomes.
Support business development activities and identify recent government business opportunities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and Government Tender Processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
A passion for solving design problems and improving user experiences.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Government Tender Management, Bid Management, or Business Analysis.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
