Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end plant HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Support audits, HR reporting, and maintain HR documentation.
Work closely with production and plant teams to ensure smooth workforce management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and industrial relations.
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
