Job Responsibilities
Conduct BTL activities such as village campaigns, road shows, farmer meetings, and tractor demonstrations.
Generate leads and convert them into tractor sales.
Build relationships with dealers and customers.
Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales and tractor delivery targets.
Maintain daily field activity reports and market feedback.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, BTL, Automobile, Tractor, NBFC, FMCG, or Rural Sales.
Freshers with positive communication skills may apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹12,000–₹16,000 per month
Fuel Allowance: ₹3,000 (Fixed)
Incentive: ₹2,000 per tractor delivery
Minimum Target: 4 tractor deliveries per month

Preferred Skills: Field Sales, Lead Generation, Dealer Management, Customer Relationship Management, Rural Marketing, Negotiation, and Target Achievement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
