About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product quality across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspections, process compliance, and defect analysis in a manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures.
Record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation.
Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities.
Conduct routine shop-floor quality audits.
Monitor product quality and reduce defects through process improvements.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist during internal and external quality audits.
Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing company.
Valuable understanding of quality inspection techniques, SOPs, and quality documentation.
Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and basic quality tools will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
