We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, social media, networking, and referrals.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address client queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Update CRM systems and prepare daily sales reports.
Track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales,



or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
