Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing clients.
Follow up on leads, consultations, and treatment plans to improve conversions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Provide information about cosmetic, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
Address customer concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.
Support retention activities, feedback collection, and post-treatment follow-ups.

Requirements:
Any Degree.




Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, CRM, Patient Counseling, Front Office, or Customer Service.
Experience in a cosmetic, dermatology, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare clinic is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (LinkedIn)

Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
